Orientation and FMS Testing

Orientation is our introductory class at Well Balanced that must be taken prior to participating in any other class at WB. In this class we will cover the fundamentals of the diaphragmatic breath, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and kettlebell dead lift. Successful completion of this class will provide the proper foundation to safely participate in Foundations.
